About us:
We raid and we get shit done, but in addition to that, we're a group of friends that love to have fun while raiding. Although we all take WoW pretty seriously, it's a game first and foremost, so we want to enjoy ourselves. We're not looking for server first kill times - with our raid schedule, we realize that it's not realistic. That being said, we have made and will continue to make consistent, steady progress through content. We're looking to run one night of farm and one night of progression with the release of Blackwing Lair, with the possibility of one and a half nights of progression as clear times decrease.
We like to have a good time, but performance is important to us. If you come to a raid without consumes, or are performing very poorly for your class, don't expect to be handed any loot.
Loot Rules:
We use a performance based loot council (attendance = performance > preparedness > attitude).
