Heralds of Norgannon is an Alliance Raiding Guild focused on the upcoming PvE Server from the Nostalrius Team. We aim to provide a mature, welcoming experience for those on their journey through Azeroth whether it be your first time or your twentieth. No matter your goals or skill level, if you put in the effort and contribute positively to our community you will always have a place in <HoN>.

Why Are You Recruiting So Early?!

Although we don't have all the information about the PvE server, the Nostalrius Team has let us know it's coming. In light of that, it seems like a great time to start assembling a strong community and putting the pieces into place for launch.

Starting early gives our members a chance to put together leveling groups, get to know each other, influence the direction of the Guild, etc. Unless the server is 3+ months away, which seems unlikely, now is as good a time as any!


What Makes <HoN> Stand Out?

There will be many Guilds looking to raid on Nostalrius PvE but <HoN> is founded on a few principles that we hope will gain us the playerbase we want.

1. Respect For Your Time
Our raid times are fixed and will not be deviated from unless EVERY member of that raid agrees to it. We also take being late, unprepared, or lazy very seriously and will not tolerate those who disrespect the time of others to participate in our raids.

2. A Positive Atmosphere
Toxicity and drama won't be allowed within <HoN> and those who create a negative play experience for others will be swiftly removed, regardless of their ability. We would rather progress slowly with a fantastic group than be best on the server with a miserable roster.

3. Focusing on Fun
In Vanilla WoW, a lot of the time you have to make your own fun. To this end <HoN> aims to be a positive force on the server and create events for players beyond our ranks, even cross-Faction!


Why Are You Qualified to Run a Guild?

I have been playing MMOs, beginning with EQ1, for over twelve years, spanning a variety of titles and playstyles. Most of my time was spent in retail WoW where I was an Officer on a Server 2nd TBC Guild, and the GM | RL | MT of a Server 1st 10 Man Guild in WotLK and Cataclysm. I have also held leadership positions in notable Guilds for titles such as FFXIV, GW2, and SWTOR.

However, I will not be running the Guild alone. Part of my early recruitment drive is to find people who are interested in leadership positions for all the right reasons and build a strong team before ever stepping foot in a raid.
