Bump -- I've had a good time playing with the members of Surge that I've ran dungeons with, excited to start raiding

We seem to be the only Alliance guild who is getting ready to start raiding from scratch.

I hate the idea of joining a group who already has two raids farming all content or paying guilds for the chance to loot items.

If you want a cool group of people focused on the coolest part of vanilla (progressing as a raid) then this guild is for you!

Cant wait to start raiding in a few weeks!

I am not a high enough level yet obviously (I just started playing a few days ago as soon as I found out about the game) but I would like to find a guild to join that might help me reach similar goals as you guys. Not sure how great your need is for a priest, but I have experience beyond what most can offer at this point in time.

I am an experienced vanilla WoW raider with knowledge of raids through all of vanilla up through Ahn'Qiraj (my guild opened the gates on our server and dominated PVE to the point of holding exclusive rights to all outdoor raid bosses for six or eight months) and early Naxx. I was second on my server to complete the priest staff (Benediction) and even have PVP experience up to rank 9 or 10 as a warrior heal bot in battlegrounds. I also finished all of BC raids hardcore through the beginning of BT. Priest was my main through all of vanilla and that is what I am playing now.

I'm looking for a raid guild that wants to be at that kind of level again with vanilla content. My character name is the same as my forum name here on the PVP server. Shoot me a message if you want to chat. I know what it takes to be in a top guild and am ready to commit to such as soon as I find the right people to get it done with.

Not to be a pain, but I am actually a lady (mom of 3 now haha) - a hardcore girl raider long before girls really played WoW much. Heal botting battlegrounds was a lot of fun; I've done it as priest or shaman... admittedly shaman was more fun for that in vanilla with dropping windfury totems for warriors I helped two different guildmates get high warlord along the way. I got rank 9 or 10 twice on two different characters.

PvP is fun, but I am definitely more interested in end-game! I want to go through vanilla Naxx more than what I had the chance to. I'd like to be an asset too in terms of raid knowledge; I raided these as Horde which actually is harder than Alliance once you get up to Ahn'Qiraj (we had to farm for a couple of weeks to get enough nature resistance for Huhuran but Alliance finished the fight quick with paladins). I'm super competitive and had such a great experience with this game when it first came out. I wish I could find more of my old guildmates and convince them to come do this too.

I have a lot of work ahead of me, but I can get 60 before October MAYBE - I have a family and job so my time isn't endless. I have a friend from my job who is starting to play as well, so I might have someone to help level me along. Once I hit 40 levels will go faster; I am experienced with leveling a priest with these talent trees.
