yes he is and we talked with everyone within the party and rules were made prior to the need rolls, im sorry you were upset you lost a tank item roll on a BOE. also sorry you lost several tank item rolls prior to that within ZF. we wish you the best however.

From what i gather there was no ninja of anykind. A ninja would have been him NEED rolling after everyone greeded. Also if he ML and took the item. if everyone rolls need and you lost the roll then im sorry but RNG just wasnt in your favor that day.
