For some more info, it happens turning in these parts of the chain:
Shard of a Felhound/Infernal

The glitch is, if you turn in the Shard of a Felhound/Infernal quest before the Returning the Cleansed Orb quest, it prevents you from even picking up the next quest. There is no quest to abandon, thus no way to fix it without GM help.
The problem is, you get both the Shard of a Felhound/Infernal quest at the same time as the Fragments of the Orb of Orahil.

This same issue happened to me with my lock on retail vanilla about 10 years ago, and a GM had helped me with the issue. Just wondering if that is possible on this server, but if not no big deal.
