[OK] Improved Drain Soul bugged?

I just noticed that sometimes I can't get soulshards when casting drain soul. I asked in general chat and someone said it's because I have specced Improved Drain Soul. Is this why? Is there any workaround other than spending a gold to reset talents already?

Yes, it's currently bugged. If you drain soul while some other unit (player, mob, pet etc) lands the killing blow, you will get a shard.

I can confirm it is now working as intended. Previously you either got a soulshard (if not killed by you) or got the Drain Soul buff (if killed by you). Now you always get a soulshard and also the buff if you land the killing blow.
