Shadow Burn debuff + Drain Soul bugged

Well, yes and no.

It awarded 2 soul shard but then was fixed by blizzard and only one soul shard could be gained.
We are in " 1.4 ", so it must award 2 soul shard. But later only one soul shard.

Patch 1.11.0 (20-Jun-2006): Shadowburn: If you cast Drain Soul while this aura is on the victim, you will no longer receive two soul shards upon the victim’s death.
