Question regarding green lens of shadow power

can green lens from engineering actually rolls shadow dmg ? tried to craft 10+ and only got stat modifier.. (whale, stamina, ect)
maybe they were added in a later patch ?
if someone know anything lfeel free to answer thanks

No +spell power modifiers are active right now. I'm not sure when they get added either.
