There are already several threads about this, on both the warlock and suggestions forums. As of now we don't appear to have gotten any official response as to whether or not they are planning to change the respawn rate, or whether they even think it's a problem.

It seems the respawn rate of the item is 10 hours, but there's no word yet whether or not the Nostalrius admins consider this to be worth changing.
