Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Been camping it for 24 hours and it's still sold out. Can't possibly be that many locks camping it. I'm hoping for a server restart to quickly snag it, but the server has decided to be more stable then ever and has been up for 25+ hours now.

The most boring thing is that I'm now stuck in Jaednar camping the vendor since the pot that enables me to talk to the vendor costs 6gold and I do not want to waste more gold to check the vendor for days...

Has any lock had sucess in snatching it or does anyone know it's respawn time? Personally I'm starting to think the respawn time in the vendor is either bugged or way too long. Can't remember it being limited in the vendor.

A bunch of us are doing this. Looks like a server crash resets it though. So keep on hoping you get there first when it does. Well... first after me ofc.

Any evidence you find towards unlimited supply of stardust should be posted here, or if you have no account, via PM to me and I'll put it up.

Anecdotal "it was always this way I remember it" stories do not count as evidence. Unfortunately, it's hard to prove something didn't exist so unless you find an obscure youtube video, might be waiting on this one a while.

What if those are not comments from players on retail, but from people playing on other private servers? A quick google search shows me that this is an issue other private servers had too. Doesn't mean it's actually been like that on classic!

not blizzlike, default private server bug.

pls fix this, it's getting quite boring to camp that item.

Good news for those who have not noticed it yet, this appears to have been fixed. Was down in Jaednar today and the stardust was not on cooldown at all
