Can Warlocks use staves in vanilla?

Can Warlocks train to use staves in vanilla? I've found a weapon master in Orgrimmar, Sayoc, but he can't teach me either swords or staves at all. Is that a bug which should be reported? Or am I missing something? Is my level too low?

There are 3 weaponmasters(1 each city)
they all train different weapons.

Example: Swords only in Stormwind, Undercity
Maces only in Ironforge, Thunderbluff
From the top of my failing memory i do not remember the Trainer u seek but warlocks can learn Staves and Swords!
Try Zombieland for a swordskill and probably Staves too:-)

it's the one in TB that teaches staves IIRC

Make sure you have the filters all off, there is a level requirement (I think 10 or 30) and it won't show if you are under the level and have the filters on.

Yes, just trained in Org, Weapon Master Hanashi, right next to Sayoc. 10s, lvl 11 warlock
