Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Ok ... started up a lock, got my pet and one issue I've found. When I put it on defensive or send it in to attack it does nothing. It turns to the direction that the mob is but doesn't fire any fireballs. Seems like this is an issue. Has anyone seen this and have been able to fix it?

Ideas?

is the border around fireball flashing yellow?

Did you forget to turn on autocast?

You have to make sure the imp's spell is highlighted.
