Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Improved Drain Sould doesn't seem to be working at all.
It doesn't let 50 % of your mana regen work in combat and killing a target while using Drain Soul does not increase your mana regen as it should.

In order for it to trigger, YOU must get the killing blow. Your pet will not trigger it.

The 50% regen is only while the buff is on you.

Something else I noticed, in order to receive the buff you must be able to receive the Soul Shard. If you bags are full you it will not trigger.

False, youll get the buff even with full bags.

do you have to get at least 1 tick of drain soul damage too i think.
happened more than once that the mob died from a flying shadow bolt and i got the shard but not the buff.

Nope, Ive always gained the debuff with a nightfall SB -> Drain Soul.

Theres a lot of guessing going on here...

Ive got ~20 days /played on two warlocks on Nostalrius by now and Ive yet to find any reason to suspect that the talent isnt working as intended.
