Hello Warlocks!
2 fear bugs:
1. Feared target run +30 yr away from char. If you run closer, feared target will run new 30 yr (straight line)
-Both pve and pvp-

2. No reduce on fear (pve). Can fear mob to death.

Fix pls.

IIRC DMR doesnt apply to PvE untill after ToC in WotLK, so this is working as intended.

Fearing mobs and them running 30+yd's away even if you run closer is so annoying trying to farm shards. Does fearing plays in PVP do the same thing, it usually breaks before I can tell, but if it does thats truly fucked.

Working as intended. There is a reason terms like "fear-whipped" were created in vanilla.

No. Fear generates a random and ever changing direction for the target to run in. Because of the random direction it usually stays around the same area, with slight variances. The Nostalrius mechanic is the more logical and literal version of fear, that makes the feared unit run directly away from you, for as long as the fear lasts.

Never heard of that term, But if you fear a mob and chase it, you can actually chase it far enough that it will reset. Do try and prove that its supposed to be like that.

and dont try to prove that it is like that every fear cast because its not, I have cast fear plenty of times and it stays right beside me so quit whining about things that aren't bad, they need to fix mechanics that don't work.

Ive got ~20 days /played on two warlocks by now, the mobs definitely doesnt tend to stay close, even if you chase it, the fact that you running towards a mob causes it to run further away from you is pretty good indication theres something wrong in the algorithm theyre using to control fear.
