doesnt seem to be working? working as intended or bug?

it is a known "clever use of game mechanics" that was not "fixed" by blizzard until sometime after vanilla. So unless the Nostalrius devs want to change the game to make it non-blizz-like, which they've stated they try not to do, the DS/MD/Ruin raid spec is hear to stay.

Maybe it was changed in yesterday's patch. You're having a healer rez it after sacrifice right?

I tried to get the buff stack to work for me last night to no avail. When the healer resurrected my succubus, the demonic sacrifice icon disappeared from my listed buffs, as if overwritten by the master demonologist buff. Another warlock in our guild tried it and got the same result. I suspect this is an intentional fix that came about with the new patch, but I haven't actually tested my damage to see if it's still getting the benefit of both buffs and simply not displaying both buff icons.

thats what was happening in our raid to our locks as well. hmm. was just trying to see if it was indeed a fix or just a new bug. thanks for the first decent response in this thread XD
