I've yet to become exalted in av, but I wonder is this in game? Is it worth to buy as a sm/ruin lock doing only pvp or there are better options?

The OH is Raid BiS until the staff drop off Nefarian. As far as PvP goes, you really want items that give you alot of stam and int. Spell damage is OK, but its all down to outlasting the other guy.

The ring is not in yet, its coming next patch I think. And yes its great for pvp, especially vs premades where everyone is buffed with shadow resist and mark of the wild.

The offhand is available and its currently the best offhand you can get for pve.

whiteout staff prolly the best there is right now. as far as rings, http://db.vanillagaming.org/?item=17045 is real solid. i was using some 10 stam hp regen ring till i found http://db.vanillagaming.org/?item=19109 off of ivus the forest lord in AV.
p.s. for the martyr ring, you turn the medallion into the pally in the house at the start of UD strat, then 1 shot baron. even if the npc dies, you finish the quest off his corpse. took me a while and the tip from a nice stranger to figure that out
