Stam/HP5 gear suggestions

I'm looking for suggestions in regards to any good stam/HP5 caster gear, specifically for my warlock. Spell dmg/int aren't necessary, but are a plus. I'm already going for the full PvP set, but I need trinkets/rings/cloak/neck slot items to round out my gear. Any replies are greatly appreciated!

outside of raid gear, i can only think of http://db.valkyrie-wow.org/?item=18315 from dm east, used to use this before i got better. tier gear has plenty of stam/hp5, as well as http://db.valkyrie-wow.org/?item=18809 which i love
