Hunter: I see that an opening DC can put you in position to manipulate the deadzone an keep a fear up.
Mage: I dont think a opening DC against a mage would be perfect form. If you have a felhunter out, couldnt it be just as advantageous to silence -> fear(if in range) then use deathcoil after the first iceblock?
Priest:If shadow asap, otherwise you probably shouldnt use it on a priest.
Melee
Warrior: After intercept?
Rogue: Asap to stop stunlock
Paladin: After stun or to interrupt heal if felhunter silence is on CD
Druid: immediately after they shift-out to interrupt heal.
Generally vs a healer, you want to open with a fear, dot up and when they pvp trinket / wotf to break fear, you coil and launch the final shadowbolt that kills them.
There's no real other way to fight a healer, as they're far better at healing than you are at dealing damage, so coiling is a must after the first fearbreak (just watch the character so that they don't pop shadow reflect).
Warrior you want to hit him with coil right after intercept engage, then from that point on just pray you have backup. If you're solo vs the warrior, cast a fear (hope you can fakecast), once he zerks it, then you pop coil and kite him until you can refear, as he most likely has intercept CD he won't be able to catch up to you until it is of CD.
Mage I open DC if they're not undead, if they are, you force him in to silencing on fire / nothing and then fear after that, coil the wotf and refear. (or felhunter silence while casting fear).
