Devour Magic Rank 3 grimoire missing?

I'm probably blind, but is the devour magic rank 3 grimoire missing from the Orgrimmar Demon Trainer? It seems to skip straight from Rank 2 to Rank 4. Is it at the trainer in Undercity?
