Drain life bugged?

Hi everyone!

I'm new on the server and noticed that the 3 points I put in "Improved drain life" had no effects at all on the spell. I looked it up and read some topics from several forums, but couldn't find a concrete answer...

Is it still bugged?

It works, but if you're low level and your Drain Life drains 10 hp, increasing this by 6% doesn't amount to an extra point. The numbers need to be higher before it rounds up to a visible difference.
