Imp. Curse of Agony is bugged for me. Doesn't increase the damage. Can somebody confirm?

Not sure about Imp. Drain Life, but it might be bugged too.

Edit: I believe Imp. Drain Life is working as intended. However, Imp. Curse of Agony is not.

1.1*17= 18.7. So drain life should drain for 18-19
