@level 60 Improved Imp 3/3 gives me Blood Pact Increases Stamina by 42.

My pet tool bar shows: Blood Pact Rank 5 ~ Increases party members' Stamina by 54.

So why i am getting 42 and the rest of the party?

I don't wanna waste gold to change spec now, so could any tell me how much it gives without Improved Imp 0/3 @lvl60 ofc..

also don't see imp fireball being any better.

The way I think it works is that it is actually giving you 54 stamina, it's just that the buff doesn't reflect it in the text.

Yes...blood pact is bugged from Improved Imp...fire bolt is ok..tested on a 14lvl...
