Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

This 5/5 talent used to work for all shadow abilities, not only the Affliction ones that the tooltip says. Does anyone know if this is still the case or does it actully only benefit affliction spells now?

can you imagine being hit capped with bloodvine + tear alone? Warlocks would literally be #1 on all DPS charts.
