Here are the spell damage modifiers of some affliction spells:

Corruption [rank 3+] - 1 (1/6 per tick)
CoA [all ranks] - 1 (0.0565 per tick for the first 4 ticks, 0.0835 for the next 4, 0.11 for the last 4)
Life Tap [all ranks] - 0.8
Drain Soul [all ranks] - 0.5 (0.1 per tick)
Drain Life [all ranks] - 0.5 (0.1 per tick)
CoD - 1
Siphon Life [all ranks] - 0.5 (0.05 per tick)
Death Coil [all ranks] - 3/14

Do the math and figure it out. Also shadowbolt is a 6/7 modifier.

Yes +damage is king compared to int/spirit.
Shadoweave all the way you just lose some stam.

I have a similar question

I still have some +13 dmg shadow boots

Shadoweave Boots boots have "up to 14"
Could someone tell me the difference ?
