The recent Void-walker Torment threat changes have made leveling the class a woeful experience, I know the threat on the ability was probably more then it should have been prior but now its non existent. I would just go Imp/fear for leveling but fear pathing is bugged so the mob just Usain bolts away and agro's everything.

Completely useles now, VW can't even hold threat off of my dots, I am not sure torment is even applying any threat at all right now. I'm drain tanking with the succi atm, but they really need to go back and double check their work on this.

Oh, I now understand why my voidwalker doesn't hold aggro anymore.

So this is fixed ! I was a bit sceptic that level 30 my VW still keep the aggro like a T2 tank.

There's no way that the current torment is supposed to be like this. One immolate and i have threat.

I agree, it feels quite underwhelming right now. I have switched to Felhunter for leveling because of the VW's mediocre threat generating capabilities. I cannot believe this is the correct tuning.

I have Torment r5 on autocast(defensive stance) and not even downranking 3 ranks on Corruption, CoA and SL can my VW keep aggro of me.

However suffering works like pre "fix" just that it's 500 mana and 2 minute CD.

I am not very happy with this nerf, every lock between 10-60 will have a really annoying time to get to end-game.

The threat generation of the VW was crap on retail, I don't recall he could hold the threat much more than just during the first ticks of your 2-3 dots + one Shadow Bolt or Immolate, unless you made him attack a long time before starting to do so yourself.

The threat of the VW until now was completely off, it was nonsense.

I am not saying it isn't buged atm, but maybe a lot of people got used to something that should have never happened , and since there seem to be a lot of people "specifically remembering" stuff that were proven to be TBC / other expansion mechanics, let's be careful .

Long story short, VW threat might be too low after this nerf, but maybe not as much as some of you claim. A good thing to do would be to find sources or footages to be able to check that with sources different from mere "memories"

Definitely a pathetic change, it was nowhere near this bad on live - EVER.
