Improved Voidwalker talent, is it worth while leveling?

It's mandatory if you want your VW to be able to hold at least some agro

how early should we spec into it. currently put 5 in for my instant corruption now doing the other beginning affliction talent to reduce my resist chance.

Spec it ASAP, the threat and shield bonus are both incredibly useful while leveling

I recommend reading this post and using that spec, it's the spec I and many others have had much success with while leveling.

If you level in PvP realm as demo, it's suicidal, unless you are really poor and can't get some stamina gear from AH. Going mana battery aff build is superior, imho, never have to drink, can survive 1v3 ganks, unless it's 3undead show priests, don't even need void after you get semi-uninteruptable life drain, till you get dark pact.

I would never grind to 60 without Soul Link. Taking 40% less damage and having +700 health is the only way to prepare for the leveling zones abound with undead rogues.
