(PvE) What spec to use for leveling/end game

Really excited to start on the nost pvp server in a few hours.
I've been playing a warlock on retail since the panda expansion and I was wondering want talent build would fit for levelling and which one for end game?
I used to play Destro but my research tells me that Destro's are really bad in 1.12.
If anyone could link me a talent build to work with I would love you forever haha
