Healing druid non resto tree?

For pvp only..I know this may sound odd..but I want to make a healing druid with the feral tree. I still want to focus primarily on healing but I want that Brutal Impact and Feral Charge and I feel that ican do a bigger impact with those (yeah im bad with puns) like for example I see a mage/priest/lock casting I can interrupt them so they DONT cast anything at all instead of trying to use a ton of mana to attempt to heal through their burst

would heart of the wild's 20% intellect be an ''okish'' substitute for the healing tree?

Yeah because the healing tree only increases your heals effectiveness. As long as you have enough Int/Spirit you can still be a good healer in PvP.
