I have personally tested +damage to weapon to see if the base dps is increased in cat form. And it DOES. So the +9 damage to weapon is definitely the best enchant for cat.

I had to see this for myself, and I can also confirm that +dmg works in my testing. The weightstone also stacks with the enchant, so you're talking a ton of extra dps.

no because feral druids have 1.0 attack speed which means that +9 dmg is a straight up increase of +9 DPS

it does and the dense weightstone works too (8 dmg).
17 dmg = 238 atp, have fun!
