server latency seems to change from 33-35ms but still my shapeshifting delay varies from 100-1000ms or even few seconds. anyone else having same problem?

Yeah, this server has always had delays for my spells, even when latency is green.

Not sure if it's server hadware, coding, or what, but I've played on other private servers without this issue.

However, none of those servers have the population of this one. I did notice the delays are worse during high pop times. My plan is just to pvp in the evenings (north American) when the delays are minimal.

it's delay caused by high online, over 6.5 - 7k+ players, should affect all your actions, and doesn't affect your latency indicator.

It's a real shame. After the server resets yesterday I finally felt how my druid was supposed to be played. I wouldn't mind more resets tbh

Shapeshifting is extremely slow at the moment. Pretty much breaks druid pvp :/.

Even without any server lag shifting seems to have a delay.

I only notice a S.S. delay when the lag is bad.

From what I 've seen, the delay is not in the shapeshift spell cast. It appears to be in the act of removing the form. And do not seem to have any connection with latency. Is some kind of failure that causes the action to be delayed. There is no way to properly play or feral druid PvP or PvE . Due to the fact that, as hybrids, we always support the group with healing or offtanking. And that can't be done with this masive delay.
