is that possible to summon that boss Mor Grayhoof in LBRS with that long druid chain quest or not at this stage of the game already ? need the rejuv idol so bad.

That NPC is summoned for a Dungeon Set 2 quest which isn't in the game yet, and will not be on Nostalrius for quite a long time (going by the current rate of content release.) Dungeon Set 2 came out on retail with the Naxx patch as far as I know.
Sick idol though - just get that, Beasts trinket & 3-piece Stormrage bonus & enjoy spamming nearly unlimited Rejuv.

Well, according to our timeline, we will get t0.5 with ZG, which is coming after BWL. Main problem is, we dont know when BWL is coming, so in theory we can expect t0.5 in 4-6+ months from now which is not THAT bad, compared to t0.5 release with Naxx.
