How much agility is this for a feral?

You dont have any items with at least 1 agi so you can calculate it for yourself?
1 agi = 0.05% crit\dodge
20 agi = 1% crit\dodge
2% crit = 40 agi (if we compare only crit\agi in that case)

He's right. Don't forget that 1agi = 1ap in cat form, as well.
