Just wanted to clarify because I'm not sure, but it's true feral druids don't benefit from weapon dmg correct? So if I have a main hand dagger and off hand that has better combined stats I should use that right since there is no actual dmg increase when using a 2h?

True.

+dmg enchant on the weapon will still increase base damage in cat/bear form though. This was a subject of much confusion for me for awhile as everyone has a different answer, until I did a before and after test.
