The 8/8 tier 2 set bonus for druids increases rejuvenation with 3 seconds.
Will this also increase the healing from swiftmend?

My memory is not fantastic at this point, but as far as I can recall, it did -not- have an impact on Swiftmend.

Does 8/8 tier 2 affect swiftmend?
