Druid class quest not working??

Hey so I just finished the quest "Toxic Test" which is part of the level 50ish druid questline in un'goro crater. The next/final quest of the chain is "A Better Ingredient" and as far as I can tell I'm supposed to pick it up from Torwa, but he isn't giving it to me. The only requirements I could find for it online were to be level 50,and I'm 54. Is this quest bugged, or am I just missing something?

Yeah that chest piece / staff are too good to not add to the game IMHO
