ganking in moonglade

Back in the vanilla days of retail, at least on my server, there was an unwritten rule amongst druids not to gank each other. Obviously the NPC guards contributed to that but even when there was opportunity to pop a lowbie doing his aquatic form quest or something, people generally let their fellow druids go about their business unmolested.
However, by the time I quit retail in WOTLK, that ceasefire had basically ended. There was no quarter given to fellow druids and trying to complete low level class quests often found moonglade a treacherous zone.
So my question is which of these two attitudes do you hope to cultivate here on Nost? As we druids level up and perform our various quests in the zone or to train new skills, will you take a "if its red its dead" policy or will you look past the faction difference and see them as fellow druids just doing their thing?
I for one will choose the latter. I always felt like moonglade was our special place and it gave us druids a sense of community that both transcended faction lines and was unique to our class.

I think it's something that should be discouraged. The Moonglade is crucial for low-level druids as it contains several important quests and abilities. If someone were so inclined, and if it wasn't considered bad form to do so, somebody could just sit there and prevent new druids from learning bear form and stuff like that.
Ganking in the rest of the world is generally fair game since you can't basically prevent somebody from continuing to play the game by ganking them, but you can severely hinder a druid's progress by preventing them from learning bear form. Ganking and griefing are not the same, and griefing should not be accepted on the server. Preventing people from accessing Moonglade is griefing.
If some player hits level 10 on their druid and finds that every time they try to go to Moonglade to train bear form, some level 60 ganks them at the port-in spot, they'd very likely quit the server. If some level 60 sat and ganked at the Crossroads, the victims could just choose to go to a different zone.

Druid brothers, ganking in moonglade is a serious offence to the druid circle!
If any druid attacks another druid in this haven, then he should be placed in the mental care unit of the circle. There, specialists would try to understand the origin of his problem. Is he traumatized by his first leveling days? Was his Whiskas rotten? Is he infested with worms?
Agression in moonglade should never happen!

As an Alliance Druid, I saw many Horde Druids in town and out and about. We all seemed to share the "brotherhood of Druids" mentality - which I hope we maintain as we level up. Keep Moonglade a DMZ!

Came, saw, got ganked. Lvl 10, from Alliance. All as expected.
Not complaining, but as usual wondering what they get out of that.

Moonglade is our sanctum, so there shouldn't be any fighting at all.
However, I'm prepared to get attacked as these are rough times and many young druids are mislead - it even happened to me while I was curing a sick Gazelle in the Barrens that another druid came by and killed it purposely...

Kinda freaked out after seeing a few taurens but didn't think of attacking/being attacked.
So far so good... I think its a good unwritten law between druids for Moonglade to be a no go zone.

I was ganked there yesterday while trying to turn in my aquatic form quest. Even sadder was the fact that the guy was way higher level and I had rez sickness but I guess thats is what the people who play horde do, pick on people who can't fight back.

You're right, everyone who plays Alliance is a noble hero and all Horde players are ruthless villains.
