Level 50 ST quest bugged?

So I was doing the level 50 class quest to get the ST blues. I finished toxic test but never got a better ingredient. Has anyone else had this happen to them? I am currently waiting to get my bug tracker credentials approved so I figured I would post here to see if anyone else had this happen to them.

The Better Ingredient quest isn't in-game yet...might be part of patch 1.8 content, probably sometime in early 2016...

I have noticed that other classes have their quests in the game tho. Specifically priest and I think hunter.

Priests ST was 1.7, which we are in.
IIRC Druid's wasn't until 1.10? Maybe 1.9...dont quote me on that.

"level 50 class quest has been added for the Rogue (Lord Ravenholdt in Ravenholdt Manor), Priest (Greta Mosshoof in Felwood), Mage (Archmage Xylem in Azshara), and Hunter (Ogtinc in Azshara)."
