Tauren or Nightelf in the very Endcontent

Simple question, who would be the better tank when it comes to minmaxing in the very endcontent like AQ and Naxx?
How much does a tauren bear profit from shamans (Totems) and racials compared to a nightelf bear profiting from paladins buffs (Blessing of Kings, Auras) and racials?

Why would you even consider a bear over a prot warrior if you care for a 0.1% difference from racials? :O.

Alliance has threat reduction, end of story no racial will ever be that powerful.

Nothing wrong with choosing to play a "fun" spec & wanting to suck a little bit less.

When it comes to tanking, nelf racials add 1% dodge, Tthe Tauren racial multiplies your stamina for 1.05
Like every flat addition vs multiplicative debate, there's a threshold I'm sure. 1% dodge will be better when the amount of stamina is lower. After a certain point, the amount of stamina granted by the 1.05 formula will yield you a bigger benefit than the 1% dodge.
Both races have the same addition to nature resistance. Wisp spirit/Herbalism bonus and other racials are a non factor.
When it comes to the active racials, War Stomp is certainly better than Shadowmeld, yet 'at the very end content' which is your question, shifting out of bear to AoE stun might be pretty hard to pull off without dying, so the difference might actually mean little.
All in all, I'd maybe suggest tauren. On top of that it has the benefit of freeing you from the risk of being the target of Legolas memes.

There's no point discussing racials in this case. Alliance > Horde in the end-game, no debate there.

+ There is no such thing as a pure-bear (well, in 99.9% of the cases). If you are able to reach high end content as a feral, then you are expected to be Cat + Bear, depending on current situation in raid, and for Cat it is surely better to be Alliance, since BoM\BoK and Nelf cat is cute.
