Now,i have a question.

No buff,I have 11145 armor in dire bear form, and in the raid.i may be have 15000 armor+(use stoneshield).

My armor is evertime have more than warrior i think,
But , why the Broodlord Lashlayer's Mortal Strike can hit me 5361 damege ?
Previous fight、 Broodlord Lashlayer's Mortal Strike hit me about 7500 damege


Why the armor is nonsense?

Druids don't have defensive stance, and can't block. Even though you have more armor than warriors, you still might end up getting hit for more damage.

The only solution would be to get even more armor, strength and health.

Everytime a player dies during the Broodlord encounter he gets buffed. Hence the huge variance to the MS hits.

Dude, that's a mortal insult in their culture. Chill.

OP - Defensive stance reduces incoming damage by 10% regardless of armour. This means that you need to have way more armour than a warrior in def stance to be able to mitigate same amount of physical damage. Another possibility is Shield Block which warriors can keep up but druids lack.

Well the 10% DR roughly equates to a stoneshield pot at tank armor values against physical attacks, which druids more then make up for. Armor doesn't help against magic damage though and crushing blows are a big problem especially if you can't def cap and keep enough ehp due to the lack of itemisation. You start to rely on avoidance at that point to not get bursted down and the lack of parry doesn't help the situation. Sorry for painting such a grim picture here lol, but GL tanking broodlord nonetheless.

17k is about right
