There are obviously a lot of different gear choices, so there are many variants of reaching pretty much similar stats with pros and cons. This is what I clicked together, feel free to post different approaches.
I didn't include many PvP options, remember that you can always get decent gear via Arathi/Alterac reputation.

I did forget to cover races in this guide but I am planning to do a short video about this in the future.

Since Elysium forum is down I am posting this here too.
