Question about the Shaman WF Procs

Hmm I guess it works properly then. I just didn't really notice a consistent damage increase on blue ~35 two handers.( eg: normal hits around 160-180, never go over 200 with wf procs while they should, non crit).

I would like to see a level 40 or 50 (or even 60) with 3/3 in elemental weapons and a nice slow speed two hander, that can test with enough data to see if there is consistency in the wf procs.

I haven't had issues with WF not giving a dmg increase. The main issue with WF is the procs seem to run dry. It's almost as if the internal CD doesn't act correctly. When you are farming you can go an extremely long amount of time without ever seeing a WF proc. Sometimes refreshing the buff seems to reset everything and return a steady flow of procs.
