http://db.vanillagaming.org/?talent#hZxZEcxtVeqoYou want to pick up the extra mana from Ancestral Knowledge. You should have 2 points left over you can dump into thread reduction or imp reincarnate. I would recommend the threat reduction.

http://db.vanillagaming.org/?talent#hZxbZEf0tAeqoI think this is more usable. More effective Stoneskin Totem for saving your mana and significant reduction of your threat instead of losing 5 talent points to rediculuos reduction of totems cost.

Most fights are 2-3 minutes atm. You would have to reapply every totem atleast twice, Mana spring probably 3-4 times. Improved stoneskin only benefits you if youre in the tank group where reduced mana cost benefits you in any group. Either way its a personal preference.
Even in the tank group I drop SoE so tanks can deal more damage / generate more threat. Healing really shouldnt be an issue in MC and Ony
