Earthbind / Tremor totem aren't working correctly

I played back in vanilla and understand that tremor totem was far less reliable as it is in retail, aka the totem pulses every few seconds. They patched both earthbind and tremor to become better at what they do and more reliable over the years.

The current earthbind and tremor totem both seem as if they miss a lot of procs. Earthbind specifically seems extremely unreliable and it can apply it's slow many seconds late. Rather than the enemy resisting the effects of earthbind totem, it seems like some pulses simply aren't working.

Has anyone else noticed this?

Earthbind has honestly never failed in anyway for me. However, Tremor fails damn near every single time. I've tried doing it super earlier, late and while the enemy is casting a fear (orwhathaveyou) and it never dispels it. This pisses me off, especially because Shaman PvP trinkets only dispel stuns and slowing effects.

It pulses every 5s, so if they aren't bad and you don't try to hide it, gl. That said, if there are two shamans in the same team who aren't awful, your entire team is fear/seduce/magic dust immune.

In my experience Earthbinds first tick fails often, targets are free to roam within the totems range for a good 3secs or so before the second tick applies the slow its incredibly irritating. Tremor has always sucked, either drop it way ahead of time or drop it at the very last millisecond otherwise you take most of the CC.
