Downrading Healing spells

I've been looking on the forum but didn't really find a good answer so I'll ask it here.
Downgrading ranks of healing skills makes more use of mana but ...
The question is, howmany ranks do i downgrade to not lose my power of healing ...

Which ranks of Healing Wave / Lesser Healing Wave / Chain Heal do you guys use?
I'm wearing most pre-raid BiS gear atm to give you a guideline.
