Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Currently level 23 and cannot get the Call of Fire quest. I'm at Sean Firewarder in Org and he's got nothing for me. ON top of that my water sapta is missing and abandoning call of water and getting it again doesn't give me a new one. Searching the forums tells me I have to wait for another Shaman for call of water but what about call of fire?

I didn't got the fire quest in og I picked it up somewhere else maybe search a quest wiki for a different quest start npc I know there is more than one.

To the water quest there is a troll near the well in silver pine where you can get a new sapta I think
