Hi all! I tried to find a list like this while gearing up my ele-sham, but I found only forum posts referring to other classes bis-lists etc... So here is what I've come across as pre-raid BiS items currently available (Patch 1.5)

So far only gear in terms of pure min-max dps has been presented. But, as an Elemental Shaman, mana consumption is high. Unlike most other spell casters, ele-shamans do not have a personal mana buffer (like Mana Gem, Evocation, Life Tap, Innervate etc) This means ele-shamans must rely on other sources for maintaining mana regeneration throughout a fight longer than 1 minute. Obviously Major Mana Potion and Dark/Demonic Runes are a must on cooldown, but this is the case for all mana users in a raid environment. So, to overcome this one big obstacle for great dps we need (to some extent) gear that yields mana regeneration.
