Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

since most of our dps .. up to 80 % ( taken from another forum ) is from white damage
would the:
+3 attackspeed from Iron Counterweight be better than crusader enchant for us shammies ?
+1% haste rating on gloves instead of +7 str
and what about +1 haste on head instead of +15 intellect, +13 spell damage and healing
giving us a total of +5 % increased attackspeed for more wf proccs ?
