Your mana will be an issue and your healing will be nerfed noticeably.

It's expected that you bring Mana Tide Totem to the raid. The totem is too good not to have.

On farm content, just spec 30/0/21 without telling anyone and roll with it. On progress better use normal spec.

Mana tide is not that neccesary... Just ask raid leader to be put into meele dps group and noone will notice you dont have it. Or mages/lock group, where it is not that useful (since they are mostly dead ).

It's been done, but it typically requires an indulgent raid and some damn good gear to get away with it. At the very least, either get the Enamored Water Spirit trinket from the Shaman quest for a mana totem or convince your raid to group you with the melees for Windfury totem and try to build up a very strong set of dedicated healer gear with healing enchants.

Here are some items to consider, at least:
Cloak: Hide of the Wild
Rings: Band of Piety, Rosewine Circle
Chest: Red Dragonscale Breastplate
Main hand: Mindfang?
Off-hand: Lei of the Lifegiver
Belt: Corehound Belt (I know it's leather but armor isn't your concern, healing is)
