Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

So lately I started using windfury again, I hadn't use it in a really long time since I was resto and ele for a while. The problem I noticed is it doens't seem to proc as much as it used to.... It feels like it procs like 10% of the time. I have 15% crit and it feels like I crit way more than I get windfury procs... I went without a proc for 1 and a half WSG games even. Is it just me?

It procs you just dont notice cuz the animation is gone.........
