Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I'm thinking about making a shaman on PvE server.
What's the best race to level and eventually raid on PvE server ?
Also what spec should i use to level up with ?

I'd say a lot of this info could be found in the sticky'd threads but the shaman forum seems oddly devoid of them.

If you want to raid, then you're probably going to heal and only Trolls have something I would consider a viable healing racial with Berserking. That being said it probably wont make any difference so just go with which ever race you thing looks the neatest.

Level as Enh as you'll be auto attacking things to death most of the time anyway. The 'best' build is 1hand and sheild. I spec'd in the 2hand at 20 and use that to level because I like large things in my hands. I've also solo healed WC, SFK, and BFD as enh so you'll have no problem there.

I've created a Tauren Druid called Totemsauce hehe.
I've been exploring this section and i really wanna level up as a enchancement tanking shammy =P
